ऋषिकेश-धूप में निकलते समय बरते सावधानियां:- पहले से ही वैश्विक कोरोनो महामारी संक्रमण की मार झेल रहे हमारे देश/ प्रदेश में लगातार तापमान में हो रही बढ़ोतरी के कारण अब अन्य बीमारियां भी पनपनी शुरू हो गयी है। ऋषिकेश नगर के नेत्र चिकित्सक डॉ राजे नेगी ने बताया कि गर्मियों में अक्सर आंखों में जलन की समस्या ज्यादा आती है, तेज धूप के कारण आंखों में खुजली,जलन,भारीपन, पानी आने के साथ ही आंखे लाल होने की समस्या पैदा होने लगती है।पिछले दो माह से अधिक समय से जारी लॉक डाऊन के चलते भी आमजन अपना अधिकतर समय टीवी,मोबाइल एवं कम्प्यूटर पर व्यतीत कर रहे है, स्कूली बच्चो की ऑनलाइन क्लासेस एवं व्यवसायिक गतिविधियां भी ऑनलाइन माध्यम से ही संचालित हो रही है अधिक समय तक स्क्रीम टाइम बिताने के कारण आंखों पर इसका असर पड़ना लाजमी है, इसके साथ ही लगातार मौसम में हो रहा परिवर्तन भी आंखों में एलर्जी का कारक बन रहा है।इसके अलावा सड़क पर चलते समय रेत,मिट्टी तथा गाड़ियों से निकलने वाला प्रदूषण युक्त धुवाँ आंखों पर पड़ने से विपरीत प्रभाव पड़ता है। डॉ नेगी के अनुसार आंखों को स्वस्थ रखने के लिए दिनभर में अधिक से अधिक साफ एवं ठंडे पानी से धोएं,आंखों की नजर बढ़ाये रखने हेतु ताजे फल,जूस एवं हरी सब्जियां के साथ ही दूध अवश्य पियें।धूप में निकलते समय सनग्लासेस का उपयोग करें ध्यान रखें कि सनग्लासेस उच्चतम क्वॉलिटी के साथ ही ग्लास पोलोराइज़्ड का हो।इसके अलावा पैदल चलते समय छाता का प्रयोग करें,या दुप्पटा, स्काफ या गमछे से भी अपने सिर एवं चेहरे को ढक सकते है।बच्चो को धूप में न खेलने दें।इन छोटी छोटी बातों को ध्यान में रखकर तेज धूप के प्रभावों से अपने को सुरक्षित रखा जा सकता है।
