चमोली-वाहन दुर्घटना की सूचना जैसे ही स्थानीय लोगों ने पुलिस प्रशासन को दी तभी देवाल चौकी प्रभारी जगमोहन पडियार ने मौके पर पहुंच राहत बचाव का कार्य शुरू किया
पुलिस और स्थानीय लोगो द्वारा घायलों का रेस्क्यू कर घायलों को 108 की मदद से प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र देवाल ले जाया गया
चौकी प्रभारी जगमोहन पडियार ने बताया कि एक अल्टो कार Uk 11-3609 शाम 6 बजे चेपड़ो से बमणबेरा जा रही थी. जो अचानक हाट कल्याणी के समीप सड़क से 50 मीटर नीचे जा गिरी जिसमें चार लोग घायल हो गए घायलों में चालक हीरा बल्लभ पुत्र आत्माराम उम्र 33 वर्ष निवासी बमणबेरा , सावित्री देवी पत्नी आत्माराम उम्र 62 वर्ष निवासी बमणबेरा ,विजय कुनियाल पुत्र रामचन्द्र उम्र 35 वर्ष निवासी बमणबेरा,आयुष पुत्र नरेंद्र प्रसाद उम्र लगभग 14 वर्ष निवासी बमणबेरा
प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र देवाल के डॉक्टर मनोज कुमार का कहना है. कि हीरा बल्लभ ,आयुष का प्रथम उपचार के बाद उनको घर भेज दिया है। जबकि सावित्री देवी ,विजय कुनियाल को गंभीर चोट आई है. उनकी हालत को देखते हुए उनको हायर सेंटर रेफर कर दिया गया है.
