अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान एम्स ऋषिकेश में बीते दिवस दून से रेफर होकर आई कोविड पॉजिटिव महिला रोगी का तीमारदार भी कोविड पॉजिटिव पाया गया है। जिसके बाद उसे संस्थान के कोविड वार्ड में भर्ती कर दिया गया है। कोरोना पॉजिटिव आए मरीज में फिलहाल इसके कोई लक्षण नहीं पाए गए हैं। गौरतलब है कि देहरादून निवासी 53 वर्षीया उक्त महिला का पूर्व में जीबी पंत अस्पताल दिल्ली में पित्त की नली में पथरी के लिए ईआरसीपी माध्यम से इलाज किया गया था। ईआरसीपी के पश्चात महिला को पास पैक्रेटाइटिस की समस्या उत्पन्न हुई। जिसके लिए उनको जीबी पंत अस्पताल की गहन चिकित्सा इकाई में भर्ती रखा गया। दून निवासी उक्त महिला को 20 मार्च को अस्पताल से छुट्टी दे दी गई थी, मगर महिला 10 मई तक दिल्ली में ही रही। 11 मई को दून लौटने के बाद वह 13 मई तक अपने देहरादून स्थित घर में आइसोलेशन में रही। महिला को पिछले 10 दिनों से खांसी व 7 दिनों से बुखार से पीड़ित थी। महिला को बीते बुधवार 13 मई को दून अस्पताल में भर्ती किया गया था, जहां उसकी कोविड रिपोर्ट पॉजिटिव आने के बाद परिजनों के आग्रह पर मरीज को एम्स ऋषिकेश में भर्ती किया गया। जिसका अस्पताल में उसका कोविड का उपचार किया जा रहा है। साथ ही एम्स प्रशासन ने कोविड पॉजिटिव मरीज के तीमारदार को सीमा डेंटल कॉलेज में आइसोलेट किया था व उनका सैंपल लिया गया था। पेशेंट के उक्त पुरुष तीमारदार का सैंपल बृहस्पतिवार देररात पॉजिटिव आया है, इसके बाद उसे भी एम्स के कोविड वार्ड में एडमिट कर दिया गया है। एम्स निदेशक पद्मश्री प्रो.रवि कांत जी ने बताया कि प्रदेश के जटिल एवं अस्थिर मरीजों के उपचार के लिए एम्स संस्थान के द्वार हमेशा खुले हैं, हम ऐसे रोगियों की चिकित्सा सेवा के लिए तत्पर हैं। निदेशक पद्मश्री प्रो. रवि कांत जी ने बताया कि संकट की इस घड़ी में संस्थान उत्तराखंड सरकार के साथ है व यहां की अवाम की सेवा के लिए कटिबद्ध है। एम्स निदेशक के स्टाफ ऑफिसर डा.मधुर उनियाल जी ने बताया कि कोविड वार्ड में महिला की स्थिति फिलहाल स्थिर है जबकि उसके तीमारदार में फिलहाल कोविड के कोई लक्षण नहीं पाए गए हैं।
