पौड़ी पुलिस ने 18 वर्ष से चल रहे एक मफरुर अपराधी को हरियाणा से धर दबोचा लेकिन पुलिस जैसे ही शख्स को स्वास्थ्य जांच के लिए ले गई तो पुलिस को होश उड़ गए पकड़ा गया गैंगस्टर अपराधी हेल्थ चेकअप के दौरान ही कोरोना पॉजिटव निकल गया जिसे अब पुलिस के कड़े बन्दोबस्त के बीच आईसोलेट किया गया है दरअसल इन दिनों वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षिका पी रेणुका के निर्देशों पर फरार चल रहे अपराधियों की धरपकड़ पुलिस टीम द्वारा की जा रही है जिस पर पिछले 18 सालों से फरार चल रहे मफरूर ईनामी अभियुक्तों की गिरफ्तार किया गया अभियुक्त के खिलाफ *कोतवाली लैन्सडाउन पर पंजीकृत मु0अ0सं0 15/20200 धारा 147/148/149/307, मु0अ0सं0 16/2000 धारा 25 आम्स एक्ट, – मु0अ0सं0- 17/2000 धारा 60/72 आबकारी अधिनियम, मु0अ0सं0 18/2000 धारा 3(1) गैंगस्टर एक्ट की धाराओं पर मुकदमा दर्ज है जिस पर फरार चल रहे अभियुक्त गुरमुख सिंह पुत्र हरनाम सिंह उर्फ गोविन्द सिंह निवासी जो की जिला करनाल, हरियाणा का रहने वाला है इसी उक्त अभियुक्त को माननीय न्यायालय द्वारा *वाद संख्या- 1236/2000 में 299 सीआरपीसी की कार्यवाही के तहत दिनांक 25.03.2003 को मफरूर घोषित किया जो अब पुलिस के हत्थे चढ़ा है, अभियुक्त गुरमुख सिंह पुत्र न्यायालय के वाद संख्या 1236/2000 में जारी समन/वारण्ट/82 सीआरपीसी की कुर्की की कार्यवाही से बचने के लिये अपना पता बदलकर लगातार 18 वर्षो से फरार चल रहा था। उपरोक्त वाछिंत अभियुक्त गुरमुख सिंह को पुलिस ने ब्रहमानंद चौक, जिला करनाल, हरियाणा से गिरफ्तार कर लिया लेकिन अभियुक्त का स्वास्थ्य प्रशिक्षण करवाया गया तो अभियुक्त कोरोना पॉजिटिव निकला इसके बाद अभियुक्त को फिलहाल पुलिस की कड़ी निगरानी के बीच आईशोलेट किया गया है इस अभियुक्त के पूरी तरह से स्वस्थ हो जाने के बाद ही अभियुक्त को न्यायालय के समक्ष पेश किया जाएगा।
