रावत सरकार को कोर्ट से बड़ी राहत- सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी को लगा झटका
नैनीताल। उत्तराखंड हाईकोर्ट से आज त्रिवेंद्र रावत सरकार को बड़ी राहत मिली है। हाईकोर्ट ने चारधाम देवस्थानम एक्ट को चुनौती देने वाली भाजपा नेता सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी की याचिका को खारिज कर दिया है। हाईकोर्ट ने बदरीनाथ, केदारनाथ और गंगोत्री, यमुनोत्री समेत 51 मंदिरों का प्रबंधन करने के लिए देवस्थानम बोर्ड के गठन के लिए बनाए गए कानून को सही बताया है। इस कानून का तीर्थ पुरोहित और हक-हकूकधारी शुरु से विरोध कर रहे थे और उनके पक्ष में सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी ने इसे हाईकोर्ट में चुनौती दी थी।
कोर्ट के इस आदेश से सरकार को बड़ी राहत मिली है, आपको बतादें के राज्य सरकार ने बद्रीनाथ, केदारनाथ, यमुनोत्री, गंगोत्री सहित प्रदेश के 51 मंदिरों को शामिल कर देवस्थानम् एक्ट पास किया था, जिसका तीर्थपुरोहित समाज लगातार विरोध कर रहा था, इसी एक्स को बीजेपी के वरिष्ट नेता सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी ने हाईकोर्ट में चुनौती दी थी, जिसके फैसले को लेकर लोगों में बेसब्री से इन्तजार था, और कोर्ट ने इस मामले में अपना फैसला सुनाया है।
