ऋषिकेश-प्रेम प्रसंग के चलते पत्नी ने आशिक के साथ मिलकर की पति की हत्या। ऋषिकेश कोतवाली पुलिस ने 48 घंटे में किया खुलासा। हत्या में लिप्त तीन पुरुष और एक महिला को किया गिरफ्तार ।हत्या में प्रयुक्त हथोड़ा वा दों मोटरसाइकिल की जब्त।
25 सितंबर 2020 को कोतवाली ऋषिकेश में चंदा रानी पत्नी जितेंद्र सहानी निवासी चंद्रेश्वर नगर मायाकुंड ने ऋषिकेश कोतवाली में एक रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई। कि मेरा भाई अमरजीत साहनी पुत्र जीवन साहनी उम्र 32 वर्ष 18 सितंबर 2020 की शाम 3:00 बजे अपने दो साथियों के साथ काम पर गया था ।जो अभी तक वापस नहीं आया। जबकि उसके दोनों साथ ही वापस आ गए ।उनसे पूछताछ करने पर उन्होंने कुछ भी नहीं बताया। शिकायतकर्ता के प्रार्थना पत्र पर तत्काल गुमशुदगी पंजीकृत कर विवेचना प्रारंभ की गई तो। जांच के दौरान पाया कि गुमशुदा की पत्नी का किसी व्यक्ति के साथ प्रेम प्रसंग चल रहा है। जिसकी जानकारी उसके पति को हो गई थी। जिस पर पुलिस द्वारा मृतक की पत्नी और उसके प्रेमी को थाने में बुलाकर पूछताछ की गई तो मृतक की पत्नी ने बताया मेरे पति किसी मामले में जेल गए थे। इसी दौरान राजन निवासी ग्राम रामनगर बिहार उम्र 24 वर्ष की मुझसे मुलाकात हुई। जो कि मिस्त्री का कार्य करता था। मैं उसके साथ लेबर का कार्य करती थी ।इसी दौरान हम दोनों के बीच मेलजोल बढ़ गया और हम एक दूसरे से प्यार करने लगे। कई बार हमारे बीच में सारिक संबंध भी बने। मेरे पति अमरजीत को इसकी जानकारी हो गई थी। इसी को लेकर मेरा पति लगातार मेरे साथ मारपीट और गाली गलौज करता था। क्योंकि मैं राजन से बहुत प्यार करती थी। इसलिए हम दोनों ने मिलकर मेरे पति अमरजीत को रास्ते से हटाने का मन बना लिया और हमने योजना बनाई । राजन ने अपने दो साथियों के साथ मिलकर मेरे पति को रास्ते से हटाने की योजना बनाई। दोनों को ₹20000 का लालच दिया और मिस्त्री बनाने का वादा किया। जिस पर उसके दोनों साथी सहमत हो गए। दिनांक 18/ 09/ 2020 को ढाल वाला पुल के सामने तीनों ने मिलकर मेरे पति को मारने की योजना बनाई। योजना के तहत राजन उसका दोस्त सुमित और अनिल तीनों ने मेरे पति के साथ शराब पीने की योजना बनाई ।चारों लोग मिलकर दो मोटरसाइकिल में बैठकर रानीपोखरी पहुंचे। जहां उन्होंने मेरे पति को जमकर शराब पिलाई। जब मेरा पति अमरजीत नशे में धुत हो गया। तो रास्ते में काली मंदिर से लगभग 200 मीटर आगे उन्होंने मोटरसाइकिल रोक दी और सड़क के किनारे बैग में से हथोड़ा निकालकर अमरजीत के सिर के पीछे जोरदार वार किया। जिससे वह बेहोश हो गया और वहीं पर गिर गया ।फिर उन तीनों ने अमरजीत को खींचकर सड़क के किनारे झाड़ियों में ले गए और उसके सिर पर तीन चार वार किए और जब देखा कि वह मर गया तो उसे झाड़ियों में फेंक कर तीनों ऋषिकेश वापस आ गए। बाद में हमें पता चला कि अमरजीत की बहन चंदा ने रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई और पुलिस पूछताछ के लिए हमें खोज रही है। हम चारों यहां से कई भागने के फिराक में थे ।कि पुलिस ने हमें पकड़ लिया और थाने ले आई ।वहीं पुलिस ने आरोपियों की निशानदेही पर हत्या में प्रयुक्त हथोड़ा और दोनों मोटरसाइकिल को जप्त कर लिया ।महिला सहित तीन आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर ऋषिकेश कोतवाली लाया गया और उन्हें न्यायालय में पेश करने की तैयारी की जा रही है।
