आज मा० मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत जी की अध्यक्षता में सचिवालय में ‘मुख्यमंत्री सलाहकार समूह’ की प्रथम बैठक आयोजित की गई। राज्य में नवाचार और उद्यमिता को बढ़ावा देने के लिए उत्तराखण्ड सरकार ने ‘‘स्टार्टअप, नवाचार और उद्यमिता पर मुख्यमंत्री सलाहकार समूह’’ स्थापित किया है। राज्य में स्टार्टअप ईकोसिस्टम विकसित करने के लिए इस समूह द्वारा नवाचार और उद्यमिता के लिए राज्य में एक अनुकूल पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र विकसित करने, अनुसंधान और नये उत्पादों, सेवाओं, व्यापार मॉडल के विकास को प्रोत्साहित करने, उपयुक्त पॉलिसी योजनाओं और आवश्यक समर्थन प्रणाली को विकसित करने हेतु परामर्श देना है। इसके अलावा पाठ्यक्रम, मॉड्यूल प्रशिक्षण, कार्यशालाओं और क्षमता निर्माण कार्यक्रमों में नवाचार और उद्यमशीलता के बारे में जागरूकता, राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय निकायों और एजेंसियों के साथ आवश्यक साझेदारी हेतु सलाह देना है। मा० मुख्यमंत्री जी की अध्यक्षता में बनाये गये ‘मुख्यमंत्री सलाहकार समूह’ में 07 सरकारी एवं 06 गैर सरकारी सदस्य शामिल हैं। सरकारी सदस्यों में मुख्य सचिव, प्रमुख सचिव उद्योग, सचिव वित्त, सचिव सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी, सचिव मुख्यमंत्री, महानिदेशक उद्योग, एवं निदेशक उद्योग शामिल हैं। जबकि गैर सरकारी सदस्यों में इंडियन एंजल नेटवर्क के फाउण्डर डॉ. सौरभ श्रीवास्तव, सम्पर्क फाउण्डेशन के फाउण्डर श्री विनीत नायर, क्वात्रो ग्लोबल सर्विस के चैयरमेन एवं मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर श्री रमन रॉय, फार्मर ग्रुप जनरल मैनेजर एण्ड कन्ट्री हेड एच.एस.बी.सी, इंडिया श्रीमती नैना लाल किदवई, इन्फो एज के वाइस चैयरमेन श्री संजीव बिखचंदानी एवं सन मोबिलिटी प्रा. लि. के वाइस चैयरमेन श्री चेतन मणि शामिल है।
● उद्यमिता, नवाचार एवं स्टार्टअप को बढ़ावा देने के लिए राज्य में यह नई पहल।
मा० मुख्यमंत्री जी ने कहा कि आत्मनिर्भरता के लिए प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी द्वारा लोकल के लिए वोकल बनने की जो बात कही गई यह उस दिशा में प्रयास है। उद्यमिता, नवाचार एवं स्टार्टअप को बढ़ावा देने के लिए राज्य में यह नई पहल की जा रही है। जिसमें सरकारी के साथ ही विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के गैर सरकारी विशेषज्ञों को शामिल किया गया है। इन विशेषज्ञों की सलाह से राज्य के औद्योगिक विकास एवं हिमालयी उत्पादों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए विशेष प्रयास किये जायेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड विविध जैव विविधताओं वाला राज्य है, यहां कि जैव विविधता का फायदा लेते हुए इस दिशा में अनेक कार्य हो सकते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड जैसे नवोदित राज्य में औद्योगिक विकास की बहुत संभावनाएं हैं। राज्य में इन्वेस्टर समिट के दौरान सवा लाख करोड़ के एमओयू हस्ताक्षरित किये गये। जिसमें से 25 हजार करोड़ के कार्यों की ग्राउंडिंग हो चुकी है। मुख्यमंत्री श्री त्रिवेन्द्र ने कहा कि कोविड 19 के जिस दौर से हम गुजर रहे हैं, उससे औद्योगिक गतिविधियां जरूर प्रभावित हुई हैं। इस दौर दिक्कतें भी आई हैं और नई संभावनाएं भी विकसित हुई हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इस समूह के विशेषज्ञों द्वारा उत्तराखण्ड में मेडिकल एवं मेंटल हैल्थ को लेकर क्या कार्य हो सकते हैं, इस पर जरूर सुझाव दें। उन्होंने कहा कि ग्रुप के सभी सदस्यों के सुझावों पर गम्भीरता से कार्य किया जायेगा। इस अवसर पर वीडियो कांफ्रेंस के माध्यम से विशेषज्ञों के सुझाव लिए गए। राज्य में उद्यमिता के विकास के लिए विशेषज्ञों की राय बेहद महत्वपूर्ण।
