अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान एम्स ऋषिकेश के जनसंपर्क अधिकारी हरीश मोहन थपलियाल जी ने बताया कि दादूपुर, नजीबाबाद डिस्ट्रिक्ट बिजनौर उत्तरप्रदेश निवासी 48 वर्षीय व्यक्ति बीती 7 जून को एम्स ऋषिकेश की इमरजेंसी में सांस की दिक्कत के साथ आए थे, इन्हें एम्स के आइसोलेशन वार्ड में एडमिट कर लिया गया था तथा उनका कोविड सैंपल लिया गया था। जिसकी रिपोर्ट सोमवार को पॉजिटिव आई है। यह व्यक्ति वेंटिलेटर पर एम्स की कोविड वार्ड में भर्ती है, उन्होंने बताया कि इसके अलावा फकोट से आए 38 सैंपल, नरेंद्र नगर के 6, रूड़की के 5 और पौड़ी गढ़वाल से आए 4 सैंपल पॉजिटिव आए हैं। इस बाबत एम्स संस्थान की ओर से स्टेट सर्विलांस ऑफिसर को सूचित कर दिया गया है।
