आयोजित की गयी पर्वतीय हाफ मैराथन ।
जखोली के चिरबटिया मे 26 मार्च को पहल हिमालया ,हंस फाउंडेशन व जिला प्रशासन की और से हाफ चतुर्थ हिल मैराथन दौड़ का आयोजन किया गया।दौड़ के आलावा कार्यक्रम मे रस्साकशी प्रतियोगिता का भी आयोजन किया किया,इसके आलावा कुमाऊं गढ़वाल का लोकप्रिय नृत्य छोलिंया नृत्य का ।।आनंद भी दर्शकों ने खूब उठाया।
इस हाफ मैराथन के अन्तर्गत 21 किमी,10 किमी,5 किमी और 3 किमी दौड़ का आयोजन किया। गया।चिरबटिया मे पर्वतीय हाफ मैराथन शूरु करनेवाले का सबसे बड़ा उदेश्य ये था कि एक तो चिरबटिया का प्राकृतिक सौन्दर्य
पर्यटन की दृष्टि से बहुत ही रौचकपूर्ण माना जाता है, और यहां पर्यटको की घुमने आने की भी अपार सम्भावनाएं बनी हुई है।
भले ही सरकार चिरबटिया को पर्यटन के नक्शे पर लाने के कोई ठोस प्रयास नही किये।
दूसरी बात चिरबटिया मे मैराथन दौड़ करवाने का एक उद्देश्य यह भी है कि ग्रामीण बच्चों और महिलाओं को खेल और
एथालेटिक्स के प्रति जागरुक करना भी है,जिसके लिए पहल हिमालया विगत चार बर्षो से रूद्रप्रयाग प्रशासन के साथ मिलकर मैराथन का आयोजन कर रहा है। कार्यक्रम का संचालन धूम सिह राणा ने किया।
ज्ञात हो कि चिरबटिया मे आयोजित पर्वतीय हाफ मैराथन मे 21 किमी दौड मे पंकज पुत्र मनोज सिह चमोली ने प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया,रोहित सिह चमोली ने द्वितीय स्थान, तथा
विजय बुटोला ने तृतीय स्थान प्राप्त किया।
10 किलोमीटर बालिका बर्ग मे
कुमारी वर्षा पुत्री विनोद सिह बुढना कु मेघा रावत चमोली,द्वितीय कु इशा बर्तवाल चमोली तथा , कुमारी ममता पुत्री उम्मेद सिह सजवाण ने तीसरा स्थान हासिल किया।
बालक बर्ग मे किमी 10 मे प्रथम स्थान जीत सिह ग्राम कोठा,अंकित सिह (पीड़ा) धनपुर
द्वितीय स्थान ,मनोज सिह धनपुर तृतीया,रचित सिह मैहरा चिरबटिया चौथा तथा समीर बिष्ट चमोली ने पाँचवा स्थान प्राप्त किया।
किलोमीटर 5 मे रितुल ग्राम हरमानी चमोली प्रथम, भगत कुमार द्वितीय, अभिषेक चमोली गढवाल, तृतीय तथा आलोक सिह पालाकुराली चौथे स्थान पर आये।बालिका बर्ग मे किमी5 मे
कु० निशा ग्राम मखेत, प्रथम।
ममता बडियार गाँव टि गढ़वाल
द्वितीय स्थान, मनीषा बडियार गांव, तृतीय स्थान, कोमल पालाकुराली ने चौथा स्थान प्राप्त किया। 3 किमी पुरुष बर्ग मे धरमपाल सिह रावत अमकोटी ने प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया।
वही महिलाओं के द्वारा रस्साकशी
मे भी प्रति भाग किया,रस्साकशी मे ग्राम बुढना पोखरी की टीम ने प्रथम स्थान हासिल किया जिस कि विधायक प्रतिनिधि भूपेन्द्र सिंह भंडारी ने विजेता टीम को 5000 रू पुरस्कार देने की घोषणा की, वही ग्राम होल्टा टिहरी गढ़वाल की रस्साकशी मे प्रतिभागि महिला उपविजेता टीम को घनसाली विधायक शक्ति लाल शाह ने भी 5000 रु पुरस्कार राशि के तौर देने की घोषणा की।
साथ ही रस्साकशी खेल मे अधिकारियों व जनप्रतिनिधियों भी अपना भाग्य अजमाया जिसमे कि रूद्रप्रयाग के मुख्यविकास अधिकारी की टीम ने जीत हासिल की। कार्यक्रम के दौरान सभी बिजेताओ को पुरस्कृत किया गया।
इस मौके पर घनसाली के विधायक शक्ति लाल शाह रूद्रप्रयाग विधायक प्रतिनिधि भूपेन्द्र भंडारी, बताया गया की विधायक भरत सिंह चौधरी को अति आवश्यक बैठक के लिए देहरादून आना पड़ा जिसको लेकर जनता मे उदासी देखी गई।
