मनीषा पवार से ग्राम में विकास व कृषि उत्पादन की जिम्मेदारी ली गई वापस साथ में अवस्थापना विकास आयुक्त व अध्यक्ष उत्तराखंड परिवहन निगम की जिम्मेदारी दी गई आनंद वर्धन से अपर मुख्य सचिव मुख्यमंत्री वन पर्यावरण संरक्षण जलवायु परिवर्तन की जिम्मेदारी ली गई वापस अपर मुख्य सचिव ग्रामीण विकास राजस्व शहरी विकास आवास मुख्य प्रशासक उत्तराखंड आवास और नगर विकास प्राधिकरण की जिम्मेदारी दी गई आरके सुधांशु को प्रमुख सचिव वन पर्यावरण व संरक्षण की जिम्मेदारी दी गई प्रमुख सचिव ग्रह व कारागार हटाया गया एल फनाई से सम प्रमुख सचिव सैनिक कल्याण विभाग लिया गया वापस आयुक्त समाज कल्याण दिया गया
वही अभी आईपीएस अभिनव कुमार को विशेष प्रमुख सचिव मुख्यमंत्री सूचना व खेल व युवा कल्याण की जिम्मेदारी दी गई आर मीनाक्षी सुंदरम को सचिव मुख्यमंत्री ऊर्जा वैकल्पिक ऊर्जा श्रम वित्त तथा अध्यक्ष उत्तराखंड भवन व सन्निर्माण कर्मकार बोर्ड की जिम्मेदारी दी गई पशुपालन मत्स्य सहकारिता कृषि समेत तमाम विभाग हटाए गए शैलेश बघौली से शहरी विकास हटाया गया सचिव कार्मिक सतर्कता कृषि कृषि कल्याण उच्च शिक्षा विभाग दिए गए नितेश कुमार झा से सचिव तकनीकी शिक्षा हटाया गया सचिव ग्रामीण निर्माण की जिम्मेदारी दी गई राधिका झा को सचिव चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य व चिकित्सा शिक्षा की जिम्मेदारी दी गई अरविंद सिंह ह्याकीको सचिव परिवहन बनाया गया
